Our office was founded in 2004 by longtime Crossville resident Jerry Pernell. Mr. Pernell is an ANCC Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of experience whose background includes:

Our office was founded in 2004 by longtime Crossville resident Jerry Pernell. Mr. Pernell is an ANCC Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of experience whose background includes:
- earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from WV State University
- proudly and honorably served our country as an officer in the United States Air Force for 6 years before moving to Crossville
- earned a Master of Science degree in Health Services Administration from Central Michigan
University
- earned a Master of Science degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Tennessee
- passed the ANCC Board Certification Exam for Family Nurse Practitioner
- passed the National Board of Medical Examiners Certification exam for DOT Medical Examiner
It is Mr. Pernell's sincere goal, and his staff's goal, that every patient who is seen at the Family Walk-In Clinic feels satisfied with the care that they have received. However, if anyone is not satisfied with any part of the service they have received, Jerry does want to know about it so that he and his office can correct any/all problems their patients may be having.
