Office Visit Charges For Self Paying Patients
COVID Testing: Rapid COVID testing is free with a paid visit or insurance-covered visit. For cash patients, Rapid COVID/Flu testing is $20; coverage for insurance patients varies.
Office Visit Charges for Cash Patients:
- Medical Consultation: Starts at $80, increasing with the number and complexity of issues addressed.
- DOT Physical: $80.
- Adult Physical: $50.
- Sports Physical: $25.
Affordable Weight Loss Visits!
- Cash patients pay just $30 for an initial visit.
We prescribe oral weight loss meds like Phentermine & Topamax and offer Semaglutide injections ($30–$70).
Due to the March 18th ban, we no longer offer compounded Tirzepatide but can prescribe Mounjaro, Zepbound, Ozempic, and Wegovy.
Telemedicine Visits:
- We offer telemedicine visits Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM for existing patients. Call today to schedule!
